Scott Hamilton is the CEO of the Urban League of the State of Arkansas ulark.org where he is guiding the 110 year old nonprofit organization to be a significant advocate and solution provider for Arkansans in need of support improving their quality of life in the areas of health education housing employment and social justice. A proud native of Little Rock Arkansas Scott, has over 32 years of national experience in many aspects of the energy industry.
Scott earned his BA at Hendrix College in Arkansas. He then obtained his MBA at Rockhurst College in Kansas City and his Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of Missouri School of Law.

Scott is an avid nonprofit supporter and participant. He enjoys working with entities that focus on youth development and education. He is also a current Mayoral appointee of the Little Rock Sustainability Commission.
Scott and his wife Martie are empty nesters but recently adopted a miniature terrier named Tito - who they say rules everything.
